Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Returns are only accepted within 60 days of ship date
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of original and return shipping/freight 
  • A 20% restocking fee is deducted from all refunds
  • Please reach out to sales@tedesigns.com to receive instructions and a Returns and Exchanges form before returning any parts . Any return sent in without the proper paperwork will be held for 2 weeks and then returned to stock. 
  • Returns/exchanges will only accepted if the product was purchased directly from tedesigns.com 
  • Custom products are non refundable 
  • Parts must be in original condition. If the parts are received in less than new condition, the refund is up to the discretion of TE Designs and it's employees. 
  • Refunds will be issues once the parts have been received and inspected
  • Due to the nature of our products and their use, we do not offer warranties.
  • All cancelled orders are subject to a 4% fee due to credit card processing fees we incur for both your order and cancellation
