Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Returns are only accepted within 30 days of ship date.
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of original and return shipping/freight 
  • A 20% restocking fee is deducted from all refunds.
  • Please reach out to sales@tedesigns.com to receive instructions and a Returns and Exchanges form before returning any parts. Any return sent in without the proper paperwork will be held for 2 weeks and then returned to stock. 
  • Returns/exchanges will only be accepted if the product was purchased directly from tedesigns.com.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. TE Designs and its employees maintain full discretion when determining if these conditions are met.
  • Gift cards, raw materials, specially built, custom, cut-to-length items, etc. are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issues once the parts have been received and inspected.
  • Due to the nature of our products and their use, we do not offer warranties.
  • All cancelled orders are subject to a 4% fee due to credit card processing fees we incur for both your order and cancellation.
  • For all tubing related products, the customer has 15 days to account for all necessary parts using the included paperwork. After the designated time period, it is the responsibility of the customer to purchase replacement parts. This process is up to the discression of TE Designs and it's employees and is subject to change at any time.
