99-06 Chevy 2wd WIY Long Travel Kit

'99-'06 Chevy/GMC 2wd weld it yourself long travel kit. Does not fit 1500HD chassis. 

Kit Includes:

• 3/16" mild steel upper arms 
  
• 3/16" mild steel lower arms
• 3/16" mild steel spindles
• Factory upper control arm mount adjustment eliminators
• DOM tube for upper arm, lower arm, and spindle
  
• Machined mild steel snout block
  
• Control arm bolt gusset kit

Specs:

• Limited at 17" travel (King Performance Series 2.5 x 10" will get you just over 18")
• Moves tires 1" forward from stock
• 2.5" x 10" coilover recommended
• 2.5"-3.5" x 10" bypass recommended
• Factory upper and lower control arm mounts
• Track width: +5" per side
• Utilizes factory hub and calipers (We recommend upgrading to hydroboost)

Upper Control Arm Hardware Kit Includes:

• 3/4" RH FK Rod End heim joints/jam nuts (JMX Series) x4
• 3/4"-1/2" high misalignment spacers x4 (pairs)
• 3/4" Square bung/insert x4

Lower Control Arm/Spindle Hardware Kit Includes:

• 1" FK Rod Ends uniball and cup x2ea
• 1"-5/8" high misalignment spacers x2 (pairs)
• 1-1/2" FK Rod End uniball x2
• 1-1/2" uniball cup x2
• 1-1/2"-3/4" high misalignment spacers x2 (pairs)

Steering Kit Includes:

• 1-1/4" solid mild steel tie rods x2
• 7/8" FK Rod End heim joints/jam nuts x 2ea
• 7/8"-1/2" high misalignment spacers x 2 (pairs)
• 3/4" x 5/8" FK Rod Ends high misalignment heims/jam nuts x 2ea
• Stainless steering clevis and bolt (M22 x 1.5") x2

Lower Control Arm Bushing Kit Includes:

• Delrin bushings x8
• DOM outer sleeves x4
• DOM inner sleeves x4

Front Shock Tower Kit Includes:

• All plates necessary for WIY shock towers
