The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that all products are correctly installed, inspected, maintained, and used as intended. Improper installation, modification, or use may result in damage, serious injury, or death.
Vehicle modifications, including suspension and structural components, may alter vehicle handling, stability, and safety characteristics. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for evaluating vehicle setup and ensuring appropriate inspection, alignment, and adjustment following installation.
TE Designs assumes no responsibility or liability for any damages, losses, accidents, injuries, or deaths arising directly or indirectly from the purchase, installation, use, misuse, or modification of its products. All risks associated with installation and use are assumed by the purchaser.
The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TE Designs, its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the purchase, installation, use, misuse, or modification of any TE Designs product. The purchaser waives any right to legal recourse against TE Designs and its associated parties.
TE Designs is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays occurring during shipping. All products ship at the purchaser’s risk. Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made directly with the shipping carrier or broker.
By purchasing a TE Designs product, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.
