Recommended Tools for TE Designs Trailing Arm Assembly

Trailing Arms

SKU: TRA0011

$950.00

Length: 55"

Our 55" and 60" trailing arms are designed to utilize a front/frame side bushing kit, however, we highly recommend a 1” anti-wobble uniball kit. This design allows for your bushing kit (or cup) to be welded to a 1/4" main rib and 3/16” side plates. Both 55” and 60” arms are designed with a 2.5 coilover and 4.5 bypass in mind. You can find an assembly video on Youtube here.

  • 3/16” mild steel side and overlay plates
  • 1/4" mild steel main rib and weld washers
  • Laser cut and CNC bent

-If you are not a competent fabricator, please reach out to a local fabrication shop. Anytime you working with complex formed sheet metal, additional work by you may need to be done. We are not able to help you with link geometry. If you are not fully comfortable with how to put these together and do not want to take them to a shop, please do ample amount of research before attempting. This is a highly critical component of your vehicle and the work to complete them should not be taken lightly.
